Our Story
Phở Nam is our love letter to the neighborhood restaurants of Saigon and to the Vietnamese food we grew up with and still seek out whenever we return. The restaurant is shaped by those memories—not as a recreation of one specific time or place, but as a collection of familiar flavors, rituals, and details that have stayed with us over the years. Our hope is to bring some of that feeling to Miami: a place that feels casual, nostalgic, and deeply personal, while still very much alive in the present.
At the heart of Phở Nam is our Southern-style phở, with a fragrant, spice-forward broth. The menu extends beyond phở with Vietnamese favorites made for wrapping, dipping, sharing, and eating with plenty of herbs and nước chấm. Drinks draw from Vietnam’s café and tea culture, from phin-brewed coffee to teas from Bảo Lộc, alongside a few playful creations of our own.
